The ๐ฉ๐๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ (VET Empowerment through innovative and inclusive Learning Approaches) project, (reference n. 2021-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000032964) funded by the European Union, has the purpose to present the current and prospect shapes of ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ด๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ ๐๐ฝ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ด๐ต ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ด๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐น๐ to potential and current professionals in the market and to discuss the gaps in these fields and the needs of the target groups in the partner countries and the EU.
This research is carried out in 5 European countries (Cyprus, Italy, Poland, Romania, and Spain) and targets educators, facilitators and VET providers driven by the necessity to boost their digital competences in order to facilitate the involvement of vulnerable groups in the education process & project managers, community leaders, instructor and social workers that are interested to improve their ability in using innovative digital tools to increase the quality of online education.
